A Different Perspective: Medway City Estate from Above

Sometimes, you don’t fully appreciate the scale of something until you step back and look at it differently.

That’s exactly what happened during a recent drone filming project across Medway City Estate. 

Over a couple of clear, sunny mornings, filming took place from the Riverside, looking back across the River Medway towards the estate. From that vantage point, everything changed. 

What you see day-to-day at ground level — individual units, roads, yards, and buildings — transforms into something much bigger. The estate opens up into a vast, active landscape of businesses, all operating side by side. The sheer scale of it becomes impossible to ignore.

And more importantly, so does the opportunity.

From above, Medway City Estate isn’t just a collection of businesses. It’s a network. A place filled with people, skills, services, and potential connections that, in many cases, are only a few doors. or a few roads, away from each other.

The footage captured during those mornings reflects exactly that. Clear skies, light across the water, and a full view of an estate that continues to grow, evolve, and deliver.

It was a perspective that felt genuinely impressive, even for those already familiar with the area.
