Recently, 14 members from Sisu Fitness travelled to Paris to compete in ATHX—a high-level hybrid fitness competition testing strength, endurance, and resilience.

What made this special wasn’t just the event itself, but who took part. These weren’t professional athletes—they were business owners and busy professionals who’ve committed to structured training alongside demanding schedules. Seeing them perform on an international stage was a powerful reflection of how far they’ve all come.

One standout story is a fellow Medway City Estate business owner, who joined Sisu Fitness just a year ago. Despite the pressures of running a business, they committed to the process and have now qualified for the ATHX Finals in Lisbon in the Over 40s category.

It’s proof that with the right structure, accountability, and coaching, real results are possible, even with limited time.
